Landside Services Team
The Landside Services Team is small, young and international. With about 30 team members, we represent almost 15 nationalities and 20 languages. As a small and closely-knit team, we take advantage of short information flows, regular customer service and leadership training to ensure complete and personal passenger services, not just shuffling passengers from here to there.
What we can do for you
Because all of the Customer Service Management staff began their careers as check-in agents, we know exactly what problems and challenges customers and passengers face and which solution is the best for any situation. Currently, we handle about 6 to 12 flights per day, which means we have the capacity to resolve any passenger issues rapidly, efficiently – and always with a smile.
